1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I do travel for destination weddings. BeeYou Media is based in Antigua, and I’m available to photograph weddings across the Caribbean and internationally.

For destination bookings, travel costs (flights/ferry, accommodation, ground transportation, and any required permits/fees) are added to your wedding collection. Once you share your wedding location, date, and timeline, I’ll send a custom quote that includes your coverage plus a clear travel breakdown.

To keep everything smooth, I recommend reaching out early so we can secure availability and lock in travel logistics. If you’re planning a destination wedding, send your details through the inquiry form and I’ll guide you through the next steps.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, I absolutely help you plan your engagement session.

Once you book, I’ll guide you through the whole process so it feels easy and intentional. We’ll choose the best time of day for flattering light, narrow down a location that matches your vibe (beach, nature, city/architecture, or something meaningful to you), and I’ll share simple tips on what to wear, what to bring, and how to prep.

On the day of the session, I’ll direct you gently so you don’t feel awkward or stiff while still leaving space for the real moments to happen naturally. The goal is for your photos to feel effortless, romantic, and true to you.

If you have a vision (or even a Pinterest board), send it over and if you don’t, no worries. I’ll help you shape the full look and feel from scratch.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your retainer/deposit is non-refundable and holds your date. You may reschedule once with at least 48–72 hours’ notice and your retainer will roll over (based on availability). Late cancellations and no-shows may require a new retainer to rebook.

For weather or circumstances beyond our control, we’ll reschedule and any payments made will be applied to the new date.

4. What’s your turnaround time?

Portrait, engagement, and maternity galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Weddings are typically delivered within 6–10 weeks, depending on the season and coverage. Rush delivery may be available upon request.

5. Do you deliver RAW/unedited photos?

No. We don’t deliver RAW files because they’re unfinished work. Your final gallery is carefully edited in my signature style to match the quality you see in my portfolio.

6. Will you post our photos online?

I love sharing work, but I always respect privacy. If you prefer your session not be posted, just let me know when booking.
