Whether you're booking a planned photoshoot, a studio special package, or coverage for an event, it's crucial to understand the terms that help us deliver the best possible service. WEDDINGS

Booking and Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your wedding date.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the wedding will receive a 50% refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the wedding will not be refunded.

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Travel Fees:

  • Travel fees apply for weddings outside a 50-mile radius of our location. These will be discussed during the booking process.

Image Delivery:

  • Final edited images will be delivered within 3-5 weeks after the wedding.
  • Digital images will be provided via an online gallery.

Privacy Policy:

  • All client information and images are kept confidential. Images will only be used for promotional purposes with client consent.

Copyright and Usage:

  • We retain the copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal usage license allowing them to print and share images for personal use.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide a detailed schedule and list of required shots at least two weeks before the wedding.
Planned Photoshoots

Booking and Payment:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your photoshoot date.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the photoshoot will not be refunded.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed once at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the photoshoot. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $30 fee.

Late Fee Terms:

Arrival Time:

  • Clients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of their photoshoot to allow for any last-minute preparations.

Late Arrivals:

  • If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

Late Fee:

  • A late fee of $50 will be charged if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late.
  • If the client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled and no refund will be provided. The session can be rescheduled at the full session cost.

Location Fees:

  • Any location fees or permits for outdoor shoots are the responsibility of the client.

Payment of Late Fees:

  • Late fees must be paid before the final images are delivered.

Image Delivery:

  • Final edited images will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after the photoshoot.
  • Digital images will be provided via an online gallery.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed once at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the session. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $30 fee.

Late Fee Terms:

Arrival Time:

  • Clients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of their photoshoot to allow for any last-minute preparations.

Late Arrivals:

  • If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

Late Fee:

  • A late fee of $50 will be charged if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late.
  • If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late, the session may be canceled and no refund will be provided. The session can be rescheduled at the full session cost.

Location Fees:

  • Any location fees or permits for outdoor shoots are the responsibility of the client.

Payment of Late Fees:

  • Late fees must be paid before the final images are delivered.

Session Duration:

  • Sessions are strictly 30 minutes. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

Image Delivery:

  • Final edited images will be delivered within one week after the session.
  • Digital images will be provided via an online gallery.

  • If the event starts later than the scheduled time due to client delays, the end time will remain unchanged.

Late Fee:

  • A late fee of $100 per hour will be charged if the event starts more than 30 minutes late and requires extended coverage beyond the originally agreed time.
  • This fee will be prorated for partial hours.

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling the event is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Clients should notify us at least 30 days in advance to avoid penalties.

Payment of Late Fees:

  • Late fees must be paid before the final images are delivered.

General Terms and Conditions

Late Arrivals:

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions or events.
  • Late fees apply if the client arrives beyond the grace period specified in the service-specific terms.
  • Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals unless agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.

Travel Fees:

  • Travel fees apply for locations outside a 50-mile radius of our base location.
  • Travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

Image Delivery:

  • Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified for each service category (e.g., 2-3 weeks for planned photoshoots).
  • Images are delivered via an online gallery, with options for prints and albums available upon request.

Raw and Unedited Photos:

  • Raw and unedited photos are not included in any package. Only fully edited and retouched images will be delivered.

Privacy Policy:

  • All client information and images are kept confidential and will not be shared publicly without client consent.
  • Images may be used for promotional purposes only with the client's permission.

Copyright and Usage:

  • We retain the copyright to all images captured during the session or event.
  • Clients receive a personal usage license, allowing them to print and share images for personal, non-commercial use.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide any necessary details, schedules, and specific shot requests in advance of the session or event.
  • For planned photoshoots and events, clients are responsible for securing any required permits for the chosen location.

Force Majeure:

  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness), we reserve the right to reschedule the session or event. Any payments made will be applied to the rescheduled date.

Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Agreement:

  • By booking our services, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
